The place is very clean and good,sushi is delicious.i order a rainbow roll and salmon roll.Salmon is very fresh.The crab stick inside the rainbow roll is very very good.I like that. But the reason of the star loss is about the soy sauce.I went to a lot sushi restaurant before，while they do offer regular soy sauce, it doesn't quite complement the sushi as well as a specialized sushi soy sauce would. It doesn't taste bad, but there's a slight bitterness to it. Overall, though, the experience is wonderful, service is good,and the sushi itself is fantastic
This place hit the spot. I've had this on my radar for a while. It was a rainy day. Prices are a little high for the food, compared to other places like this. The area was clean and maintained. Service was a little slow for it not being busy. They forgot our beers and had to remind them after the appetizers came out. I got the tonkotsu with extra spice. It was very good. The pork was slightly dry. The broth was flavorful. The noodles are thin. Overall a good bowl is come back to eat again.
The shoyu and tonkatsu ramen were delicious. The broth flavor was delicious and flavorful, the noodle wasn't too cooked or soft. I drank the broth and cleaned the bowl. The fried rice (spicy) was delicious. A tad bit on the greasy side so my partner says it's a bit "heavy", but the kick of spice and flavor of the bacon and meat was a great proper balance to the rice and veggies. I'm a huge fried rice and ramen so I was thoroughly impressed with both dishes. Service was great! Waitress came around and checked on us and even refilled our water cup. The restaurant atmosphere is nice. Good/decent music playing to drown conversations between tables and good lighting all around. Would definitely come back to try other dishes and the sushi.
We came on a Saturday night around 7:30pm. It wasn't super busy when we walked in but a majority of tables were full. Service was a bit on the slower side - and some of the appetizers came in at different times vs apps first and then entrees. Good setting for a small or larger group. We ordered the gyoza, edamame, and baked mussels. All were super delicious -- especially the mussels. For entrees we the sushi boat for 2. It was a great amount and definitely more than enough for 2; we actually shared it between 3 people. The boat came with a choice of salad or soup - we tried the salad and their house dressing is goood, but could have had a little less on it.
